Change & Training Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change and Training Manager who will be instrumental in driving organisational change and training initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify training needs, develop eLearning solutions, and manage the change process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organisation.
Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure the development of relevant and effective training programs.

Training Development:

  • Work collaboratively with project teams to translate functional requirements into training topics and materials.
  • Develop comprehensive, customized blended training programs
  • Coordinate deliverables with overall project plan.
  • Present strategies and plan at the executive level.
  • Design training materials and curriculum using proven instructional design methodologies: ADDIE, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, Theories of Learning, etc.
  • Develop training materials using current software: Articulate360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc
  • Design, develop, and update eLearning modules to align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Draft storyboards.
  • Create training simulations replicating user experience

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate adopting new processes, technologies, and organisational initiatives.
  • Create communication plans to communicate changes to employees and stakeholders effectively.

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor training progress and adjust programs to ensure learning objectives are met.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Track training and adoption stats.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, including attendance and feedback.
  • Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking training support and guidance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry best practices in eLearning and change management.
  • Continuously assess and enhance training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.


  • Proven experience in eLearning development, including proficiency in Rise and Articulate.
  • Experience developing instructor-led training materials
  • Experience working with e-learning, blended learning programs and web-based training development
  • Previous experience in change management and training program design and delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry is a plus.
