Finance Transformation Director

The Consultancy Groups Transformation business are currently supporting a global Professional Services business on their Finance Transformation Journey. The programme is entering its second year, spanning 90 countries and 14 workstreams. As part of the ongoing SAP S4 Hana implementation, we are looking for a Finance Systems Transformation Director to lead the design, implementation and adoption of a global, automated R2R process in the target system (SAP S4 HANA) 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead design, implementation and adoption of a global, standardized, automated R2R process 

• Oversee implementation of R2R processes in target system (S4 HANA Public Cloud) 

• Set the vision & strategic direction for R2R end-to-end processes 

• Design and implement creative automation, especially around reconciliation & reporting 

· Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations 

• Drive the performance and delivery of R2R Process SLA and KPIs 

• Lead R2R Transformation projects and provide inputs that will drive process-related investment decisions and implementation 

• Manage the development and maintenance of global standard documentation, whilst ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations, procedures and accounting standards 

• Drive standardisation across key processes within the region 

• Assess change requests, prepare decision making and foster implementation 

• Serve as the point of contact for issues escalation within R2R process. 

• Own and manage the service delivery and performance of the SSC with defined SLAs/KPIs. 

Requirements: 

• ACA/CA Qualified Accountant or equivalent 

• Previous US GAAP experience 

• Significant SAP S4 HANA experience 

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and drive action. 

• Proven GPO experience in R2R 

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing teams 

• Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls
