Global Change Lead – SAP S4 HANA
The Consultancy Group is collaborating with a prominent global manufacturing business headquartered in London, with strategic offices spanning Europe and Singapore. Over the past two decades, the organisation has executed a series of strategic acquisitions, resulting in a diversified portfolio of independently functioning entities. To establish operational cohesion and efficiency, the company is embarking on a comprehensive Finance Transformation Programme. This transformative initiative, spanning three years, is dedicated to seamlessly integrating these disparate businesses into a unified entity. The primary objective is the implementation of a standardised ERP system, particularly SAP S/4HANA, alongside streamlining associated processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Change Lead to spearhead successful change initiatives within this critical programme.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the global SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and external partners to identify change management needs and tailor strategies to different regions and business units.
- Create and execute communication plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed of upcoming changes, milestones, and benefits.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with executives, managers, and end-users to gain buy-in and support for the transformation.
- Lead efforts to identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address and mitigate resistance at all levels of the organisation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enable teams to effectively navigate the changes brought about by the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Design and execute change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
- Develop and implement methods to measure the success of change initiatives, gathering feedback and using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging teams to embrace change and contribute to process optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and IT teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate closely with the PMO to provide status updates, report progress, and highlight challenges related to change initiatives.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in change management, preferably within large-scale ERP implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes, enabling effective alignment of change strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and initiatives across global organisations.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organisation.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with executive leadership, functional teams, and end-users.
