The Consultancy Groups Transformation business have partnered with a global Media organisation on their Transformation journey across Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology & Data. As part of their HR Transformation programme, we are looking for an HRIS Project Manager to be responsible for maintaining and updating project plans from the current portfolio. The ideal candidate will have previous experience Project managing HR/Technology programmes utilising project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on the milestones and deliverable from the different Projects under the People Systems Portfolio
- Managing the production of both regular and adhoc Workstream and Project
- Status reporting requirements
- Scheduling all required Programme Governance meetings and workshops
- Updating the RAID log and ensure all risks and mitigation plans are identified and documented, collaborate with the People Systems Workstream Leads
- Managing the tracking and monthly reporting of the Programme budget
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of project co-ordination across multiple projects / workstreams
- Experience of documenting project standards and processes and communicating to a wider audience
- Experience of managing activities within a programme and ideally project management methodologies and / or exposure to HR or Technology projects
- Experience of Planview or Monday preferable
