This is an exciting new role with a global Media client as they embark on the roll out of next generation devices to support their overarching Digital Workplace Experience programme
As the Programme Communications Manager you’ll lead the communications workstream including communication strategy, creating a narrative and producing suitable communications for the right audiences at the right times.
As this is a high profile programme you’ll liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to raise awareness, win hearts and minds and drive the right behaviours.
You’ll require an understanding of change management methodologies (eg. Prosci: ADKAR) and demonstrable experience working in a transformation environment.
A relevant communications degree (eg. Business Comms, PR, Journalism) is also highly desirable, as is experience working in a large global organisation and providing omni-channel communications across geographies.
