We are supporting a Boutique Consultancy in their search for an Experienced SAP Consultant to head up and build the SAP function for the business.

Required Skills and Experience

Understanding of End-to-End Processes

  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end processes from industry experience or SAP S4/HANA functional design, such as:
  • Quote to Cash
  • Source to Pay
  • Record to Report
  • Hire to Retire
  • Forecast to Delivery
  • Acquire to Retire

SAP Functional Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP functionalities in specific areas of expertise and the business use cases they address, including touchpoints with other processes.

Process Data and KPIs

  • Proficiency in managing and interpreting data within processes and identifying key KPIs that measure process effectiveness and efficiency.

Organisational Design

  • Understanding of organisational design options and the trade-offs necessary to ensure seamless process execution.

Experience in Large, Complex Organisations

  • Previous experience working in large, complex organisations, such as those in manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or energy sectors.

Key Requirements

SAP Implementation Experience

  • Proven experience in SAP implementations involving multiple entities and countries, preferably within Finance modules.

Consulting experience is a large plus

Workshop Facilitation

  • Experience in facilitating workshops, ideally with a focus on process-based requirements gathering.

Senior Stakeholder Management

  • Competence in managing senior stakeholders effectively.

Willingness to Travel

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the EU.
