Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage the S/4HANA transformation projects for our clients. You will provide advisory services, manage project teams, and work closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of S/4HANA solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects from planning to execution
• Providing expert advice to clients on S/4HANA implementation and best practices
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Managing project teams and providing mentorship to junior team members
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in S/4HANA solutions
• Participating in business development activities, such as proposal writing, client presentations, and attending industry events.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects
• Experience working in a Big Four consulting firm is a must
• Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to mentor and manage junior team members
